Minnesota Wind Chill Ultimate, LLC

Abstract

Ultimate Frisbee and Ultimate events have reached a professional level. The Minnesota Wind Chill is the first and only professional Ultimate Frisbee club in the state of Minnesota. The Wind Chill is entering its 3rd season in 2015 as part of the American Ultimate Disc League, and competes in the Midwest conference.

While providing an inexpensive entertainment options for families, friends, and the community, the Wind Chill also supports the growth of participation by hosting and organizing various tournaments around the region.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

The Minnesota Wind Chill provides a more accessible entertainment option, that can also generate pride for Minnesota residents.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

More and more people are turning to an active lifestyle. With this in mind, the participation and following for the discipline of Ultimate will continue to grow/

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Due to my knowledge of the sport and event management, I can strive to make a connection with the local community that is already involved with the sport.
