The markets for our Green Technology expands every day. Customers use our products in ways we never imagined. Our small, yet extremely powerful centrifuges remove contaminants smaller than 1 micron from oil and water based fluids. Restaurants no longer have their used cooking oil (waste vegetable oil - WVO) removed and replaced with clean oil. Now they centrifuge it, on site, and immediately reuse it. Black, opaque cooking oil can be turned into nearly colorless, clear oil. Waste motor oil (WMO) is recycled and reused in fleet vehicles. Marine fuel is “polished” to remove water contaminates. Hydraulic fluids, Industrial cutting fluids and even dry cleaners use our centrifuge technology to remove oils and contaminants from water based fluids. Others convert WVO and WMO into diesel fuel. Industrial oils are being cleaned and de-watered, improving their performance and greatly extending the life of the oil, thereby reducing disposal / replacement cost. Customers find new applications for our small, yet powerful (up to 10,000 G’s) centrifuges every day. Machine shops & wire drawing shops recycle cutting fluids and grinding oils. One customer previously used 55 gal/day of industrial oil @ $15/gal. Now they recycle and achieve tremendous savings. Another customer uses a US Filtermaxx centrifuge for algae harvesting and algae biomass concentration from bioreactors, ponds and waste processing systems. Even survivalist, home brewers and a winery use US Filtermaxx centrifuges.
