Abstract
CCRS is a full service corporate international relocation company that will specialize in relocating employees, as well as individuals, families, and students to the Tampa Bay and the greater central Florida area. Specializing in individuals as well as companies relocating employees from abroad, to this area. As a full service workforce mobility and relocation company, CCRS specializes in corporate relocation, management and consulting services. CCRS helps corporations relocate their key employees from all over the United States and globally to the greater central Florida area. CCRS will specialize in what corporations call "human capital" (employees) but will also have a “boutique” department with a highly personalized style. CCRS will be open to working with individuals, as well as families and even the student population. CCRS will target individuals, families and smaller companies that are often overlooked by existing corporate relocation companies. Moving and relocating is about a lot more than just the logistics of moving a household; it involves becoming acculturated to a new location, and acquiring the information capital necessary to make strategic moves from hiring employees to buying homes. This type of information capital includes understanding the geographic location as well the culture, business and government regulation of an area. CCRS will specialize in knowledge, coordination and networking between the relocating employees and the local area.
CCRS will consult with corporations on the details of opening an office or location in a new area. Most of these services will involve the coordination of information flow, human resources, networking with necessary individuals and providing information that is needed for the infinite required details of moving or opening a company in a new location. CCRS will have an online platform that allows people from other countries, as well as other states, to find specific information about their destination. For example someone relocating from India may want to know what steps they need to take in order to open a bank account or to get a driver's license. They will be able to find a list of state specific information and an order of priority in steps they need to take. Social Security Number and what it means to have one, drivers license and what is need to get one, as well as many other instructions citizens in a country take for granted knowing. It will also have specific information for domestic transferees as well. The web platform will list what is needed to transfer titles of cars, as well as the transfer of insurance as well as how to handle property tax information from old state to new state. This service will be a "pay by need" information service.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?
Right now there is not a "go to" website (or company) that has user friendly applications or packages that address this need from an international relocation perspective on the part of an individual, worker, family, student. Existing relocation companies serve corporations through their HR departments and are "unreachable" by individuals trying to get specific information about an upcoming relocation to the United States.
What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?
It will address a need in the market for individuals who are relocating from abroad to Florida and also to other US states. It will also direct them to CCRS for individualized and personalized needs that would require the human touch. This would include personalized individual plans for relocation, including services that allow for a person to be escorted to the applicable department or business (social security administration, department of motor vehicles, real estate companies, banks, etc).
Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?
CCRS has an owner with 20 years of relocation experience. Currently an International MBA student at Saint Leo University, this owner has served in the US Military, has been a military family member, is a licensed real estate broker, has employed and worked directly with international J-1 and F-1 students, and has also worked at the Social Security Administration interviewing international work visa holders for approval in receiving their social security number.
